TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner Light is a relatively light milky toner enriched with nutrients to moisturise and brighten the complexion. Its patented ingredient MultiEx BSAM Plus, composed of 7 plant-derived ingredients, helps to soothe and revitalise the skin for a glowing and healthy complexion. A complex of 4% Niacinamide, Rice Bran Extract and Ceramide helps even out uneven skin tone, maintains skin's moisture balance and prevents skin from losing moisture. Capacity: 20 ml; 150 ml
How to use

Apply to clean skin with fingertips or a cotton pad. For dry skin, it is recommended to apply the product in two layers.
