You can pick up the products from the Rossi Skincare warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania. Please select pick-up from the warehouse at the time of purchase.
Why do the packaging of goods differ?
Some products are packaged for several national markets (Korea and Europe separately) and therefore have different packaging. These products differ only in the packaging, where you can find the product description and the ingredients. We cannot control which market the goods will be received from the suppliers because of the availability of the goods.
I want to buy your products, but I am not sure if they are suitable for my skin. Can you advise me?

Your order confirmation email may be in the "ads" or "spam" section, so please check your email for these sections. There may also have been a grammatical error in your email address during the purchase process. If you are unable to find your order confirmation email, please contact us at the email address provided, or via Instagram or Facebook.
I have placed an order but I want to add/change certain item(s). What should I do in this case?
Please contact us as soon as possible by email or on Instagram or Facebook! If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will be able to adjust your order.
I didn't receive the product or I didn't receive the product I ordered. Where do I turn?
